Effective March 26, 2018, MNP Ltd. was appointed as liquidator (the "Liquidator") of the assets, undertakings and properties of WG Vineyard Niagara Inc. and WG Domaine Niagara Inc. pursuant to an order (the "Appointment Order") granted by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
On April 25, 2024, WG Vineyard Niagara Inc. and WG Domaine Niagara Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy separately, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and became effective on the same day. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estates subject to affirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors ("FMOC").
