Wasaw Construction LP and Wasaw Construction Inc.

Wasaw Construction LP and Wasaw Construction Inc. (the “Companies”) made assignments in bankruptcy on April 3, 2025, and MNP Ltd. was appointed as Trustee of the bankrupt estates.  The Companies operated as in the forestry/ construction industry in Fort Frances, Ontario but had ceased active operations prior to the bankruptcies.
