Vital Properties Inc. and Vital Medical Group Inc.

Vital Properties was placed into Receivership on application by the National Bank of Canada who is owed approximately $3.56 million.  The Company holds real estate located in Ottawa, Ontario which is located on land leased from the Ottawa Airport Authority.  The land lease has been up for renewal and the Airport Authority was hesitant to provide a further land lease beyond July 2026.  As a result, National Bank of Canada required a receiver to sell the land and finalize the renewal of the land lease with the Ottawa Airport Authority.
