THC Biomed Ltd.

On April 17, 2026, THC Biomed Ltd. (“THC”) filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal pursuant to section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) and MNP Ltd. was appointed as Proposal Trustee of THC.

On April 21, 2026, THC sought and obtained an initial order (the “Initial Order”) from the Supreme Court of British Columbia pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA”).

MNP Ltd. was appointed Monitor of the THC pursuant to the Initial Order.
