Stickney Poultry Farms Inc. et al

The Applicant, made by The Toronto-Dominion Bank ("TD Bank") for an Order pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the "BIA") and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended (the "CJA"), appointing MNP Ltd. ("MNP") as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver"), without security, of: (i) all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Stickney Poultry Farms Inc. ("Stickney Inc."), Stickney Poultry Farm ("SPF"), Corey Stickney ("Corey") and Anne Marie Stickney ("Anne Marie" and, together with Stickney Inc., SPF and Corey, the "Debtors"), acquired for, or used in relation to a business or businesses carried on by the Debtors; (ii) the rights to units of quota allotted by the Chicken Farmers of Ontario (the "CFO") and the Egg Farmers of Ontario (the "EFO") described in the Court Order.
