On August 31, 2010, the Supreme Court of British Columbia appointed Meyers Norris Penny Limited ("MNP") as Interim Receiver of Squamish JV Ltd's ("Squamish JV") assets and undertakings. Squamish JV operates, pursuant to a license agreement with InterContinental Hotel Group, a Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hotel located in Squamish, British Columbia. MNP's current mandate is to monitor the operations, which remain in the control of Squamish JV, and report to the Court and affected persons as defined in the court appointment. MNP was appointed Receiver and Manager effective November 24, 2010.
