MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of Skyview Parking and RV Storage Ltd. and To Let Housing Corporation (the "Companies") pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta dated September 8, 2025 (the "Receivership Order").

The Companies are the registered owner of an airport parking lot and RV storage facility located at 5005 144 Avenue NE in Calgary, Alberta (the "Property"). Skyview leases the Property and operates an airport parking lot and RV storage facility on the Property. 

On, November 14, 2025, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta approved a sale and investment solicitation process (“SISP”) in respect of the operations, property, assets and undertaking of the Companies. The SISP is intended to solicit interest in a sale, investment in, restructuring or refinancing of the business, or a sale of the assets and/or business of the Companies. Pursuant to the SISP, the Receiver is now soliciting bids for the purchase of the Companies’ operations and/or assets. The Receiver has engaged Avison Young (Canada) Inc. (“Avison Young”) as the marketing agent pursuant to the SISP.

Offering Highlights

  • Fully operational and profitable airport parking and yard storage business with established clientele, staff and processes. Assets of the business include three shuttle busses, a truck and other related equipment. Operations are being maintained by the Receiver.
  • Real property located at 5005 – 144 Avenue NE, Calgary (Plan: 7610456; Block B). Site size is 20.11 acres and includes a residential house and two parking offices. Currently zoned industrial-outdoor and is being partially used for the parking and storage business.

The real property is well suited to a variety of outdoor storage and industrial land uses, and Calgary’s rapid growth has increased demand for airport-adjacent services. A conditional subdivision approval was received from the City of Calgary related to a potential four-lot subdivision.

Procedures and Participation Requirements

All parties interested in participating in the SISP will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (a “NDA”), provide a brief letter supplying the interested party’s identity, contact information and full disclosure of its direct and indirect principals, and any other information that the Receiver may reasonably request. Access to confidential documents will be granted once an executed NDA and other required documents are received.

All bids must be submitted to the Receiver by no later than February 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MST.

On April 16, 2026, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta granted an Order approving a sale and vesting title in respect of the Companies’ assets. The transaction closed on May 8, 2026.
