Ryfan Inc.

MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of Ryfan Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta dated September 24, 2025 (the "Receivership Order").

The Company operated as a MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) contractor across the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Northern Alberta, and the Yukon. The Company is headquartered in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories and is the registered owner of property located at 9 Nahanni Drive, Yellowknife, NT (the "Property").

On March 27, 2026, the Receiver applied for and obtained an Order approving the sale of the Property.
