RLY Farms Inc.

On April 24, 2025 the Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an Order appointing MNP Receiver of RLY Farms Inc. (“RLY”). Pursuant to the Endorsement of Justice Edwards issued the same day, the receivership appointment was not effective unless on or before May 30, 2025 RLY repaid the indebtedness in full to Royal Bank of Canada and provided confirmation its accounts with Canada Revenue Agency were current. RLY did not comply with these triggering events, so the Receivership Order took effect May 30, 2025.
