Richmond Medical Centre Inc. and I Lov This Place 11 Inc.

On December 9, 2022, MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of Richmond Medical Centre Inc. and I Lov This Place 11 Inc. (the “Companies”) by Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Pursuant to its appointment, the Receiver is now in control of the property at 1653 Richmond Street, London, Ontario (the “Property”). The primary purposed of the appointment is to manage and maintain the Property and carry out a process to market and sell the assets of Companies.
