Ratpac Controls ULC (the "Company") operates as the Canadian subsidiary of Ratpac US (the “Ratpac US”) and provides rental, logistics, technical support, and repair services in Canada in respect of power and data distribution equipment for lighting used in the motion picture, television, and broadcast media industries and was located in Vancouver, BC. The Company made a voluntary assignment in bankruptcy effective February 16, 2026, and MNP Ltd. was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee ("Trustee") of the bankrupt estate.
