One Properties Paramount Limited Partnership

MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of One Properties Paramount Limited Partnership by its general partner One Properties Paramount GP Inc., (the "Company") pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta dated September 24, 2025 (the "Receivership Order").

The Company is the registered owner of a commercial building complex located at 10233, 10247, 10275, and 10279 Jasper Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta (the "Property").

The Receiver has has engaged Jones Lang LaSalle Real Estate Services, Inc. ("JLL") to list and market the Property for sale.
