On March 19, 2026, Noventa Capital Partners Inc., Noventa Energy Partners Inc., Noventa Aggregator GP Inc., Noventa-Aggregator Limited Partnership, Noventa Management Services Inc., Noventa Hospital GP 1 Inc., and Noventa-Toronto Western L.P. (collectively, the "Noventa Group") filed an assignment in bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and became effective on March 20, 2026. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estates subject to affirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors ("FMOC"). The FMOC will be held on April 7, 2026, and the meeting credentials are available under the "Forms" title.
