On October 5, 2024, Niagara Falls Craft Distillers Ltd. was deemed to have filed an assignment in bankruptcy by virtue of not having filed a Division I proposal within the extension period granted by the Court. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”) of the bankrupt estate subject to affirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors (the “FMOC”).
