On May 16, 2025, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted an order (the “Initial Order”) under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”) for Mercy falls BC Inc (the “Company”).

MNP Ltd. was appointed Monitor of the Company pursuant to the Initial Order.
