Light Speed Holdings Inc. and Other Specific Property of Light Speed Logistics Inc. set out in the Receivership Order

On December 8, 2025 by order of the Honorable Justice C. Simard (the “Receivership Order”) of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”), MNP Ltd. was appointed as the receiver (the “Receiver”) of all of Light Speed Holding Inc.’s current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situate, including all proceeds thereof; and all of Light Speed Logistic Inc.’s interest in the BDC Equipment as defined in the Receivership Order (collectively, the “Property”).
Copies of relevant material including any Orders of the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and related motion materials will be posted to this website.
January 7, 2026, UPDATE FOR FORMER EMPLOYEES OF LIGHT SPEED LOGISTICS INC.
Upon an application to the Court, Grant Thornton Ltd. (“GTL”) will be administering the
Wage Earner Protection Program Act (“WEPPA”) on behalf of Light Speed Logistics Inc.’s former employees.
