Kraft & Venator

MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Receiver (the “Receiver”) of selected property (the “Property”) of SCREO I 700 2^nd Inc. and SCREO I 700 2^nd L.P., by its general partner SCREO I 700 2^nd GP Inc. (the “Debtors”) pursuant to a Receivership Order (the “Order”) pronounced by the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta on January 5, 2025.  The Property includes the commercial properties known as the Kraft and Venator buildings located in downtown Calgary, Alberta (the “Kraft and Venator Buildings”) and all personal property located or used in conjunction with the Kraft and Venator Buildings.  The Kraft and Venator Buildings have municipal addresses of 224 – 8th Avenue SW and 232 – 8 Avenue SW respectively.

Also, on January 5, 2025, the Court approved a marketing process for the Kraft and Venator Buildings.
