MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of Kerrobert Golden Prairie Lodge Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King’s Bench of Saskatchewan dated September 25, 2025 (the "Receivership Order").

The Order was amended and restated on October 20, 2025 (the "Amended Receivership Order") to include Consort Country Inn Ltd. ("Consort").

Kerrobert is the registered owner of land and building located at 310 McPherson Street in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan (the "Kerrobert Property"). Kerrobert operates lodging facilities, a three-pump gas bar, a convenience store, various food and beverage areas, and a full-service pub located on the Kerrobert Property.

The Receiver has engaged Colliers Canada ("Colliers") to list and market the Kerrobert Property for sale. All inquiries can be addressed to:

Consort is the registered owner of land and building located at 5006-43 Street in Consort, Alberta (the "Consort Property"). Consort operates a 49 key main hotel, 55 key lodging facility and a freestanding leased Subway Restaurant located on the Consort Property.

Call for Offers – Thursday, April 16th, 2026

In coordination with the Receiver, Colliers has scheduled a Call for Offers date of April 16th, 2026. Attached and posted to the Data Room is the form of Agreement of Purchase & Sale (APS) that must be used to submit your offer. Please note that only submissions received on the form will be considered. A blacklined version showing any revisions/edits you make to the APS is required.
