The Order was amended and restated on October 20, 2025 (the "Amended Receivership Order") to include Consort Country Inn Ltd. ("Consort").
Kerrobert is the registered owner of land and building located at 310 McPherson Street in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan (the "Kerrobert Property"). Kerrobert operates lodging facilities, a three-pump gas bar, a convenience store, various food and beverage areas, and a full-service pub located on the Kerrobert Property.

Consort is the registered owner of land and building located at 5006 43 Street in Consort, Alberta (the "Consort Property"). Consort operates lodging facilities located on the Consort Property.
