On January 22, 2025 MNP Ltd. was appointed Receiver and Manager of the lands located at lot 2 of 5737 Island Highway S, Union Bay, BC, and legally described as PID: 028-731-565, and all of the assets, undertakings, and properties of Kensington Union Bay Properties Nominee Ltd. and Kensington Union Bay Properties Limited Partnership situate at, arising out of, used in connection with, or relating to the Lot 2 Project, including all proceeds thereof.
