Keele Medical Properties Ltd.

On March 19, 2019, on an application made by Versabank, an Order was granted pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. 43, as amended appointing MNP Ltd. as  receiver  of (i) real property, as described in Schedule "A" of the Order, and (ii) all other property, assets and undertakings of Keele Medical Properties Ltd. acquired for, or used in relation to the Real Property.
