Canadian Western Bank appointed MNP Ltd. MNP Receiver in assets and undertaking of The Health and Beauty Distribution Inc., GLRM Oshawa 6 Inc. and GL & RM Inc., and Canadian Logistics House Inc. pursuant to Section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C 1985, c. B-3 BIA Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43.

On September 25, 2025, the Receiver filed an assignment in bankruptcy for The Health and Beauty Distribution Inc., GLRM Oshawa 6 Inc. and GL & RM Inc., and Canadian Logistics House Inc., which were accepted  by  the  Office  of  the  Superintendent  of  Bankruptcy  Canada  and  which  became  effective  on September 26, 2025.
