Ecomarine Products Ltd. (the “Company”) offered sea kayak rentals, tours, and lessons out of their locations at Granville Island and Jericho Beach in Vancouver. The company also operated a retail store at the Granville Island location.
The Company filed an assignment into bankruptcy on September 11, 2019 and The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estate.

The first meeting of creditors will be held on October 1, 2019 at 2:30pm at the Bentall Centre Tower II, Charles Meeting Room, 11th Floor, 555 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC.
