On August 29, 2014 Couch Commerce Inc. ("CCI"), DealFind.com Inc. ("DealFind"), MenuPalace.com Corporation. ("MenuPalace") and 8108773 Canada Inc. ("810 Canada") (collectively, the “Companies”) each filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the "NOI"), pursuant to Section 50.4 (1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and MNP Ltd. was appointed as trustee (the "Trustee") under the proposal. The Companies are in the business of e-commerce. On December 13, 2014 the companies were deemed bankrupt.
