(ComNet réseaux et sécurité inc.) is one of Canada’s leading systems integration companies: communication cabling infrastructure, IoT network convergence and security system installations and integration. ComNet delivers a full range of design, engineering, integration, management, and support services.  The Company had operations in Toronto, Kingston, Ottawa and Montreal.  On January 6, 2025, the Company ceased its operations and approximately 110 staff members were terminated.

The first ranking secured creditor is the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires (Ottawa Division) who is owed in excess of $4,100,000. 00. Council for the secured creditor is Perley-Roberson, Hill & McDougall.
