to treat alcohol use disorders, and was located in Vancouver, BC. The Company made a voluntary assignment in bankruptcy effective October 31, 2024, and MNP Ltd. was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee (“Trustee”) of the bankrupt estate.
