On December 11, 2025 MNP Ltd. was appointed as Receiver and Manager without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property of Central Hardware 2018 Ltd. and BMG Ventures Ltd. (collectively, the "Debtors") acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtors.
