Cariboo Curb & Gutter Ltd

Effective December 14, 2011, MNP Ltd. was appointed as liquidator (the “Liquidator”) of the assets, undertakings and properties of Cariboo Curb & Gutter Ltd. (the “Company”) pursuant to an order (the “Liquidation Order”) granted by the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Court”).

To be entitled to a distribution, all creditors having a claim against the Company, whether liquidated, unliquidated, future or otherwise, and all shareholders of the Company must lodge with the Liquidator a form of Proof of Claim which should be filed with the Liquidator no later than April 15, 2012.
