Canwest Tanks and Ecological Systems Ltd - Bankruptcy

Canwest Tanks & Ecological Systems Ltd. (the "Company") filed a Notice of Intention  (the "NOI") to file a Proposal on January 16, 2026 and MNP Ltd. has consented to act as Trustee under the Proposal.

On June 1, 2026, the Company was deemed bankrupt as the Company failed to file a proposal within the provided period following the filing of the NOI or within any Court-granted extension. And MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estate.
