Kerrobert Golden Prairie Lodge Inc.

MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of Kerrobert Golden Prairie Lodge Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King’s Bench of Saskatchewan dated September 25, 2025 (the "Receivership Order").

The Order was amended and restated on October 20, 2025 (the "Amended Receivership Order") to include Consort Country Inn Ltd. ("Consort").

Kerrobert is the registered owner of land and building located at 310 McPherson Street in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan (the "Kerrobert Property"). Kerrobert operates lodging facilities, a three-pump gas bar, a convenience store, various food and beverage areas, and a full-service pub located on the Kerrobert Property.

The Receiver has engaged Colliers Canada ("Colliers ") to list and market the Kerrobert Property for sale. All inquiries can be addressed to:
