Canwest Tanks & Ecological Systems Ltd.

Canwest Tanks & Ecological Systems Ltd. ("Canwest" or the "Company") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal on January 16, 2026, and MNP Ltd. has consented to act as Trustee under the Proposal.

MNP Ltd., in its capacity as proposal trustee (the “Trustee”) of the Company, has been engaged to solicit interest in a purchase, refinancing, or investment offer for all, or substantially all, of the assets and business of Canwest.

Canwest is a Western Canada-based manufacturer of engineered water and wastewater infrastructure products serving municipal, commercial, industrial, and decentralized onsite markets.

Please find attached a two-page Teaser of the opportunity, together with a form of Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”). Should you wish to receive a copy of the confidential information memorandum and access to the data room to evaluate this opportunity, please provide the Trustee with:

1. an executed NDA;
2. a letter setting forth:
   1. the Potential Bidder’s legal name, contact information, and full disclosure of its direct and indirect principals;
   2. a description of the Potential Bidder’s experience with manufacturing, and water and wastewater management systems; and
3. a form of financial disclosure and credit quality measure that allows the Trustee to make a reasonable determination as to the Potential Bidder’s financial and other capabilities to close a transaction on or before the Outside Closing Date of May 22, 2026.

Please note that the bid deadline for non-binding letters of intent is 12 pm (Pacific Time) on April 17, 2026, to be delivered to the Trustee at the contact information shown in the Teaser.
