On September 3, 2025, ApartmentLove Inc. (“ApartmentLove” or the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI") pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada), R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3 (the "BIA") and MNP Ltd. ("MNP") was appointed as Proposal Trustee of the Company (the "Proposal Trustee"). 

ApartmentLove Inc. was deemed to have filed an assignment on the 18th day of November 2025, and MNP Ltd., was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee by the official receiver, subject to the affirmation by the creditors of the trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
