On September 3, 2025, ApartmentLove Inc. (“ApartmentLove” or the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI") pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada), R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3 (the "BIA") and MNP Ltd. ("MNP") was appointed as Proposal Trustee of the Company (the "Proposal Trustee"). 

Please be advised that the Company is not bankrupt and has availed itself of a procedure whereby a company, with creditor and Court approval, restructures its financial affairs.

Copies of relevant material including any Orders of the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and related motion materials will be posted to this website.
