On August 23, 2024, Amma Custom Fabrication and Railing Inc. (the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada and became effective on August 26, 2024. MNP Ltd. was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the Bankrupt’s estate subject to creditor affirmation at the First Meeting of Creditors (‘FMOC”). The FMOC will be held on September 12, 2024, at 1:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on MS Teams call.
