Allstar Trenching & Excavating Inc.

MNP Ltd. was appointed interim receiver (the "Interim Receiver") of Allstar Trenching & Excavating Inc.  (the "Company") pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta dated November 13, 2025.

Subsequently, on November 24, 2025, MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of the Company and 2390850 Alberta Inc. (collectively the “Companies”). The Companies operated a trenching and excavating contracting company in and around Edmonton, Alberta.

On January 22, 2026, the Companies were assigned into bankruptcy, and MNP Ltd. was appointed Licensed Insolvency Trustee.

The First Meeting of Creditors in the bankruptcy of Allstar Trenching & Excavating Inc. will be held on the 12th day of February 2026 at 10:00 a.m. MST via teleconference. Further details are available in the creditors' package posted below.
