On March 30, 2026, 2608381 Ontario Inc., 1000228960 Ontario Inc., 1000231133 Ontario Inc., 1000231135 Ontario Inc., 1000231148 Ontario Inc., 1000231270 Ontario Inc., 1000231687 Ontario Inc. and Al Niba Holding Corporation filed as assignment in Bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and became effective on April 1, 2026. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estate subject to affirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors ("FMOC").
