AL-JFS Consultants Inc. and Alberta Center for Musculorskeletal Ultrasound Ltd.

On August 21, 2024, MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of AL-JFS Consultants Inc. and Alberta Center for Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Ltd. (the “Companies”) pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.

The Companies operated seven medical imaging clinics out of leased locations under ACMS Ultrasound Ltd. The locations are as follows:
