On September 12th, 2012 MNP Ltd. was appointed Receiver of Pheasantback Golf & Country Club Ltd. and Rise Resources Corp. (collectively as “Pheasantback”) pursuant to a Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta Order. Pheasantback operated as a golf course and country club 10km north of Stettler, Alberta.

On August 7, 2012, U&Me Beverage Company ("U&Me"), located in Mississauga, Ontario, filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and MNP Ltd was appointed trustee. LAWL Maritimes Inc. held exclusive franchise rights to operate weight loss clinics in the Canadian Atlantic provinces under the name of LA Weight Loss Centre. The Company had nine locations operating. On December 12, 2008, Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed Receiver of the Company, pursuant to, inter alia, a General Security Agreement.

MNP Ltd. was appointed Receiver to the file, pursuant to a Court Order rendered on June 7, 2019.

Casabella Subsidiary Limited Partnership was placed into Receivership on June 19, 2019 and MNP LTD. was appointed receiver. Harbour Edge Mortgage Investment Corporation was the appointing creditor owed approximately $7.6 million, lawyers for the secured creditor are VICTOR L. VANDERGUST PROF. Corp. lawyers for the Receiver are Soloway Wright LLP. The property consists of 8 new low rise town homes located in Ottawa.

On June 17, 2019, on an application made by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, an order was granted appointing MNP Ltd. as receiver, without security of the assets and property of Satin Finish Hardwood Flooring, Limited (the "Debtor") for the sole purpose of (i) completing the sale transaction contemplated by an agreement of purchase and sale between the Debtor and 2340125 Ontario Inc. previously approved by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice...

On June 24, 2019, On Track Door Systems Canada Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the "NOI") pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of Part III, Division I of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) (the "BIA") and MNP Ltd. ("MNP") was named as the proposal trustee (the "Trustee").

On June 11, 2019, Commercial Print-Craft, Limited ("CPC") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI"). MNP Ltd. has consented to act as Trustee in the Proposal.

On June 15, 2019, Satin Flooring failed to file the Proposal within the extension of the period granted by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice under the s.50.4(9) of the Act and is deemed to have thereupon made an assignment pursuant to s.50.4(8)(b) of the Act. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the trustee (the “Trustee”) of the estate of Satin Flooring's bankruptcy.

One June 10, 2019 MNP Ltd. was appointed Receiver of Galloway Construction Group Ltd. pursuant to a Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta Order. Galloway Construction Group Ltd. was located near Ponoka, Alberta and provided industrial construction services to the telecommunications, oil and gas, forestry, civil and road building industries since 1997.
