736 BST Corp. and 2657819 Ontario Inc.

On April 14, 2025, Timbercreek Mortgage Servicing Inc. made an application for the appointment of a receiver over all assets, undertakings, and properties of 736BST Corp. (the “Debtor”), whether acquired for or used in relation to a  business carried on by the Debtor. This application includes the real property municipally known as 736 Bathurst Street, Toronto, Ontario (the “Real Property”), together with all proceeds therefrom (collectively, the “Property”), pursuant to subsection 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”) and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act. By order of the Honourable Justice J. Deitrich dated April 24, 2025, MNP Ltd. was appointed as Receiver over the Property.
