MNP Ltd. became the Receiver of the real property described above by virtue of being appointed by First National Financial LP (the “Lender”) pursuant to:

• Mortgage dated January 26, 2023 in theamountof$3,754,480.00, granting a charge over the real property located at 46, 58 & 64 Savoie Drive, Moncton, New Brunswick, identified as parcel numbers 1078245, 1017987 and 1017979, respectively (the “Properties”), registered in the Land Registry of New Brunswick on February 8, 2023 as registration number 43571646.
• General Security Agreement dated January 26, 2023, providing the Lender with a security interest over all present and after acquired personal property of the Company situated at the properties and registered at the Personal Property Security Registry for the Province of New Brunswick on January 25, 2023, as registration number 37952967; and
• Guarantee and Postponement of Claim executed by Arthur Phillip Dadson and Anick Dadson in respect of 678222 NB Inc., limited to forty percent (40%) of the loan amount outstanding at the time of default, dated January 26, 2023.
