On February 14, 2025, 2726960 Ontario Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and became effective on the same day. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estate subject to affirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors (the “FMOC”).
