On April 10, 2025, the Company was assigned into bankruptcy, and MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”). The Company was assigned into bankruptcy by MNP Ltd., in its capacity as Proposal Trustee (the “Proposal Trustee”) of Tricanna Industries Inc. (“Tricanna”) authorized by court order, included in the documents below.

The Company was solely incorporated by the Proposal Trustee to hold the liabilities of Tricanna pursuant to a reverse vesting order transaction. Creditors with a potential claim on Tricanna have been included in the creditor list of the Company and are encouraged to participate in the bankruptcy proceedings.
