MNP Ltd. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of 1109079 Alberta Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta dated January 23. 2026 (the "Receivership Order").

The Company is the registered owner of a commercial building located at 8202 175 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta (“Thorncliffe Shopping Centre”).

The Receiver has engaged Marcus & Millichap ("M&M") to list and market the Thorncliffe Shopping Centre for sale. All inquiries can be addressed to:
