On January 9, 2026, upon a creditor application, a bankruptcy order was issued against 1052954 Alberta Ltd. (the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and on January 21, 2026, MNP Ltd. was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee by the Official Receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the Company at the first meeting of creditors.
