On January 16, 2026 MNP Ltd. was appointed Receiver (the “Receiver”) of Brock & Visser Funeral Home Burial & Cremation Services Ltd.(the “Company”) by Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The Receiver has entered into an operating agreement with the owner and funeral director of the Company so the business can remain operational while the Receiver carries out a sale process.

Pursuant to the terms of an Order pronounced March 4, 2021 in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, it was ordered that Bryn Gwyrdd Holdings Inc. and Mynyddoedd Holdings Inc. (the " Companies ") be liquidated pursuant to s. 324 of the Business Corporations Act. Effective March 4, 2021, MNP Ltd. was appointed as liquidator (the "Liquidator") of the Companies pursuant to the Business Corporations Act.

On February 14, 2026 MNP was appointed Receiver of Bunch of Fun Playland Inc. The Company operated an indoor playground in North York, Ontario.

On November 13, 2025, MNP Ltd was appointed as the Receiver of Camera E-Motion Inc.

Small Business BC (the “Company”) was a non-profit resource hub for business owners & entrepreneurs that operated from premises located in Vancouver, BC. The Company made a voluntary assignment in bankruptcy effective December 5, 2024, and MNP Ltd. was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee (“Trustee”) of the bankrupt estate.

On September 29, 2021 Canadian Development Strategies Inc., 1143402 Alberta Ltd., Crossroads ONE Inc., 1216699 Alberta Ltd., Oak and Ash Farm Ltd. and 2061778 Alberta Ltd.
