Yes.....you can operate a business after declaring bankruptcy.  This includes a home business or any other type of business. The stipulations are:      - that you have to report all of your income to your Trustee while you are in bankruptcy      - if it is set up as an incorporated/limited company, you can not be the Director.   You can't be a Director of a corporation while you are in bankruptcy.      - there are rules in the Bankruptcy Act about who you have to disclose your bankruptcy to when you are self- employed.  You should review the specifics of this situation with a Trustee.
