Obtaining Credit While In Bankruptcy Cell Phones

I suppose the short answer is I don't know, because it will depend on what your contract with your cellular provider says. I would think the worst case scenario, if your lost cell phone is not covered by insurance, is that you buy an new cell phone and use it under the same contract. I shouldn't think this will result in a credit inquiry. If you wish to amend your contract with your cellular provider, then they may very well do an credit inquiry.
