I Have Approximately 4 Small Debts With Credit Card Companies And A 7500 Unsecur

2010-04-14

Hello, I think it would be premature to say that you should file for bankruptcy.  I would suggest that you meet with a Trustee for an assessment of your situation.  Most Trustees do not charge for the assessment.  They will review what you have for debts and assets, consider your monthly cash flow, and discuss your options along with the benefits and negative aspects of each. If you do not reside near an urban centre where there is a Trustee, an assessment of your situation may be conducted by telephone. If you have not been served with notice of a court proceeding, it would suggest that no creditor is considering garnishment of your wages yet.  Take the time to determine what is the best solution for you.
