Can We Help You With Bankruptcy

2010-07-12

Yes....we can help you if you need assistance or questions answered about bankruptcy. Our first goal is to give you the information, specific to your circumstances, about the various options that are out there. Bankruptcy is one of them....but there are other options for you to be aware of as well. The first step in the process would be to speak with one of our counsellors or Trustees in your region. This can be done either over the phone or in person at one of our various offices. We will gather from you:     - information about your creditors.  Who are they, how much do you owe them, do they have security over your assets?     - what does your current budget look like.  Are you working?  What are your monthly estimated expenses?     - what kind of assets do you own. If you would like to contact one of our insolvency counsellors, they can be found on our website athttp://www.mnpdebt.ca/contact/alberta/default.aspx.   Or alternatively, email me directly below and we can discuss. Regards, Donna Carson, CGA, CIRP, Trustee Calgary and Central Alberta regions 1.877.500.0792      [email protected]
