Can I Claim Bankruptcy On My Spouses Credit Cards

Hello, Generally speaking you cannot file for bankruptcy and include a spouse's credit card unless you have a "companion card" for the same account.  If both individuals have cards, both are liable for the debt.  If only one of you declares bankruptcy, the other remains liable for the full amount of the debt.
