On November 23, 2022, Springer Aerospace Holdings Limited and 1138969 Ontario Inc. sought and obtained from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice an Order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA"). Pursuant to the Initial Order, MNP Ltd. was appointed as CCAA monitor.

On March 6, 2024, 1000488910 Ontario Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and became effective on March 7, 2024. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estate subject to affirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors. For website; click here
