Please note that on May 21, 2024, Niagara Falls Craft Distillers Ltd. (the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B 3). MNP Ltd. was appointed as Proposal Trustee of the Company in connection with the NOI (in such capacity, the “Proposal Trustee”). To visit the NOI website, please click here.

The Proposal Trustee is soliciting offers from interested parties for an acquisition or refinancing of the Company's business, in whole or in part, by way of restructuring, recapitalization, sale or refinancing of the Company's assets and business operations. The Company has launched a Sale and Investment Solicitation Process (the "SISP") to facilitate the Proposal Trustee's efforts.

To participate in the SISP, please sign and return the enclosed template confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement (the "NDA"). Once you've signed and sent back the NDA, we will provide you with access to a virtual data room (“VDR”) with further details about the Opportunity, the Company, its assets, and the SISP procedure. 

The Bid deadline for submission of binding offers is September 4, 2024 at 5 PM (Toronto time).

All bids must adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined in the SISP documents found within the VDR.  Any transaction in respect of the Company or its assets shall be subject to the approval of the Court.
